Ingredients: (makes two servings - because it's always nice to share :)
2 cups organic unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 tsp. ground turmeric (more as desired)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 packet Four Sigmatic Reishi Mushroom Elixir
5-10 drops liquid stevia (depending on desired sweetness, could opt for maple syrup as well)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (more to taste)
Pinch of black pepper
Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove, whisk together and warm on low 5-6 min until everything combined (careful not to boil) Drink 1-2 hours before bedtime.
